Start of Registration:
At this point, only the registry is open. The created sessions are visible, but still closed. The contributions in the sessions will be provided step-by-step.

July 6, 2020

Opening the forum for read access:
From now on all papers and podcasts are available in the forum with read access (Program). The participants should have time until the beginning of the virtual symposium to deal with the contributions. Comments are currently not possible.

July 27, 2020

End of registration and start of discussions:
The Session Chairs will start the discussion in the different sessions. From now on questions and comments are highly welcome. The authors will answer the questions about their contribution at least once a day. For illustration, files (images, sketches, video or audio) can also be added to the comments. User instructions for the forum are provided. At the end of registration, the list of participants will also be visible.

July 30, 2020

End of opportunity for participants to ask questions:
After the 4th day of the symposium, write access for the participants will be removed. Reading access will stay in function.

July 31, 2020

Last day of the Symposium:
On the last day of the Symposium, the authors will answer the remaining open questions.

August 1, 2020

Formal closing of the symposium:
The Session Chairs have the final say. They may post greetings or overall conclusions in the forum to close the session. After that, all write permissions are removed and the forum will be "frozen".

ISHPMIE 2022

Registered participants will have read access to the entire forum until the next ISHPMIE in 2022.
